WEIGHT OF FAITH
Reach your health and weight loss goals by using uplifting Biblical principles and fun, heart-pumping exercise. We’ll help change “can’t do” to “will do.” You’ll need 1-5 lb. hand-held weights, an exercise mat, water, a broomstick or body bar, and Zoom access.
