Join us on Thursday, September 23 at 7:00 p.m. for the next edition of the Health Gap’s Virtual Town Hall Series for the Black Community: COVID’s Impact on our Youth. In partnership with The Cincinnati (OH) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, the Health Gap is hosting a panel of education leaders, health experts, and students to discuss the state of COVID-19 in our schools, how the new virus variants are affecting children, and what educators and parents can do to keep our families as safe as possible. Panelists will include:

  • Tianay Amat, Superintendent of Cincinnati Public Schools
  • Anthony Smith, Superintendent of Winton Woods School District
  • Dawn Bailey, Principal at Lincoln Heights Elementary School
  • Dr. Lou Edje, Associate Dean of Graduate Medical Education at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine
  • Two local students
