The Cintas Center Pop-Up Vaccine Clinic will take place March 18-20, 2021. There will be 4,000 vaccine slots open to residents and citizens. Kroger will manage the site and administer the vaccine. The first dose vaccine provided during this event will be Pfizer. More details available here.

Cintas Center at Xavier University
Second doses will be administered 3 weeks after April 8-10, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Registration: The link to register will open on Monday. There will be takeaway materials for the residents who receive their vaccine.
Interpretive services: There will be iPads on-site to assist with interpretive services. ODH is in the process of trying to secure live interpreters as well for Spanish languages within our community.
Transportation Services: Any seniors ages 60+ who need a ride to their appointment can request transport assistance through the Council on Aging at (855) 546-6352.
Individuals of any age who need a ride to their appointment can contact the Cancer Justice Network at (513) 404-3882. Please note that at least 2-3 days of notice is needed to arrange transport services, and a staff person will confirm days and times with the person seeking transportation.
