Each Thursday at 2 p.m., the Community Action Agency is answering your questions about the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) live on Facebook. Although Duke Energy has suspended disconnection notices as a result of the spread of coronavirus, Cincinnati residents need to know how they can stay ahead during this time and how HEAP can help.
