- By calling 1-877-644-6562 or TTY 1-614-387-8408 (excluding holidays) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- For mass lay-offs or shut down associated with COVID-19, use the following number to speed the processing of unemployment benefits: 2000180
