About the Study
“We are conducting a study to gain a better understanding about how individuals self-monitor their health, including symptoms related to COVID-19, and the benefits of effective communication with care-providers. For a period of four weeks, individual volunteers will access an app through their Smartphone, computer or tablet and record health related observations”.
WHO DO WE NEED:
- Individuals of age 25-65
- Have access to a Smartphone, Computer or Tablet (Android or iPhone)
